TORNADO - CNC TURNINGWe have two CNC lathes available. A Tornado A90 CNC Barfeed Lathe and an Alpha CNC Jobbing Lathe. The Tornado is ideally suited for mass production of turned components up to 50mm dia. The Alpha is suited for low quantity or one off work.

VMC - CNC MILLINGWe have a Doosan DNM 6700 vertical machining centre with fourth axis available to make precise work of a high quality finish. The fourth axis allow us to rotate a workpiece around a horizontal axis for the purpose of reducing setups or doing rotational machining not possible with a standard three axis machine you typically see.

AUTOMATIC LATHESThe Automatic Lathe department can supply metric and imperial threaded studs. We supply sizes up to 20mm diameter, in small to large quantities, quickly and cheaply with accurate threads.

MANUAL MACHININGThe non CNC machine tools in this are suited to quickly making simpler parts in smaller numbers. They are frequently used for customer repair work and drilling and machining castings for our customers from the foundry. Machines include: Bridgeport knee mills with vertical broaching attachment, Parkson horizontal mill with arbor attachment, lathes, surface grinders, and radial drill along with drill presses.
